Sri K.P.Lakshmikumar is a Canadian-Indian living in Toronto. He is also a seeker who has been in the path of spiritual learning and practice for over 23 years. Though born and brought up in India and having been trained there as an engineer, Lakshmi was drawn to Canada as he found it to be a heart bed of Unity and Equality among people from all over the world. He has spent half his lifetime in Canada and brings to the panel a mix of East and West. His perspective on inter religious harmony, inclusion, global understanding and causes such as women’s place in our world comes from a spiritual understanding. Not limited to Hinduism, his understanding of other religions only adds to his view on the above topics. Over the years he has worked to bring his Masters, Sri Sri Bhagavan and Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada’s teachings to North America. He is the motivation for doing most of the ground work for Dr. Sankara to participate in the Parliament of World’s Religions at Toronto in 2018.
